At first, Thuan An Production - Trading And Service Co., Ltd (Tafishco) is a Private Enterprises which specializes in processing and trading byproducts from Tra Fish and Basa fish (Fish Meal, Fish Oil). In early 2001, based on the orientation of Socioeconomic development of People's Committee of An Giang Province is a priority focus and Investment for Economics, Tafishco aquatic mix trend.

To aim at the target of Industry Fozen Seafood Processing in An Giang province is processing associated with the consumption and the stable and sustainable development both export and domestic consumption, Tafishco has decided to invest to build a Factory plant in Binh Hung 2 Hamlet, Binh My Commune, Chau Phu District, An Giang Province with the main lines: Processing and maintenance seafood and aquaculture (01 processing plants Fillet of fresh production and 01 workshops byproduct) with about 150 workers.
